Aira is currently a testing-stage product.

These terms describe the current product rules. Before a public commercial launch, Aira must add the legal operator’s full identity, registered address, governing-law terms and any additional notices required for the launch market. For support, email support@aira-psychology.tech.

1. The Aira service

Aira brings together self-guided wellness tools, educational assessments, journals, psychology learning, opportunities for students, and workspaces for support members, professionals and institutes. Some features are public; saved history, messaging, scheduling, verification and role dashboards require an account.

By creating an account or using an authenticated workspace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.

2. Aira is not therapy or emergency care

Aira itself does not provide a diagnosis, treatment plan, medical advice, psychotherapy, crisis monitoring or emergency response. The Aira Guide is a navigation and FAQ tool, not a therapist. AIRA is a supportive companion preview that offers general wellbeing next steps; it cannot assess safety, contact emergency services, or replace a qualified human professional.

Wellness exercises, journals and assessment results are educational and reflective. They cannot determine whether you are safe or replace an assessment by a qualified professional. If you may act on thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, or cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services immediately. In India, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416.

3. Accounts and role access

  • Provide accurate account and role information and protect your sign-in details.
  • Use an age-appropriate service. If you cannot legally consent to use an online service where you live, use Aira only with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and any consent required by law.
  • Professional and institute tools remain limited until the relevant verification and administrative enablement steps are complete.
  • A verification status means Aira reviewed the submitted information against its current process. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or substitute for your own judgement.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access through the available support channel.

4. Assessments, results and fees

Visitors may complete supported assessments and see the essential result, stated limitations, safety information and next-step guidance for free. An account is needed to save a dated result summary. Individual item answers are processed for scoring but are not retained in assessment history.

Checkout is not active and Aira does not currently collect payment for assessment reports. Aira will publish prices, payment, refund, receipt and consumer disclosures before enabling any charge. Professional session fees, where shown, are separate from assessment reports.

Assessment results must not be treated as diagnoses or used alone for treatment, employment, admission, insurance or other high-stakes decisions.

5. Professionals, institutes and opportunities

Professionals and institutes are responsible for their profiles, claims, qualifications, services, supervision, opportunities, fees, availability, records and conduct. Students and support members should independently consider whether a professional, institute or opportunity fits their needs.

A request for a conversation, placement or session is not an acceptance, booking confirmation, employment offer or payment. Professionals provide any professional services independently; Aira is the platform that supports discovery, communication and scheduling.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Aira to harm, harass, exploit, impersonate or deceive another person; scrape or expose private information; bypass role or verification controls; upload unlawful or malicious material; interfere with service security; or use assessment content in a way that violates its source terms.

Do not post direct contact details to bypass Aira’s participant-only communication safeguards. Aira may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or maintain the service.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as profile information, messages, journal entries and opportunity details. You give Aira a limited permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload another person’s confidential information without authority.

Privacy controls and access boundaries are described in the Privacy notice.

8. Availability and product changes

Testing-stage features may change, pause or be removed. Aira does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular professional response, an internship outcome or a specific health result. Keep copies of information you must retain independently.

Material changes to these terms should be shown with a new effective date. Continued account use after notice of a change means the updated terms apply from that date, subject to any consent required by law.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use Aira with appropriate judgement and seek qualified human help when needed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aira is provided on an “as available” basis and the testing-stage operator does not accept responsibility for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from platform content.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

10. Contact

For account help, service questions or privacy requests, email support@aira-psychology.tech. Do not send health details, passwords or identity documents by email. This inbox is not an emergency service.

The legal operator’s identity and registered address have not yet been published and must be added before public commercial launch.
